Dr. Nawsher Khan is currently serving as an Associate Professor in King Khalid University Abha, Saudi Arabia. He has the responsibilities of Research Head, College of computer Science and Research Co-ordinator for King Khalid University.
Dr. Nawsher Khan was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Malaya Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2014. He got Doctoral Degree from University Malaysia Pahang (UMP) Malaysia in 2013. He received his master degree in computer science from Hazara University Pakistan in 2005 and bachelor degree in computer science from University of Peshawar, Pakistan in 1998.
Since 1999, he has worked in various educational institutions. In 2005, he was appointed in NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority) under the Interior Ministry of Pakistan and in 2008 has worked in (NHA) National Highways Authority. Currently he is on leave from Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan, Pakistan.
His areas of interest include Big Data, Cloud Computing, Data Management, Distributed System, Scheduling, Replication and Sensor Network. In addition he has published more than 50 articles in various International journals and conference proceedings.
He belongs to Samarbagh, Dir Lower, Pakistan. Samarbagh is situated on 34° 57′ 11.39″ N, 71° 41′ 9.75″ E co-ordinates which has natural beauty.
